Hi - I'm Jack, I'm a PhD student at the university of sussex, living with another student and looking for a third to sign up this year. We live in hollingbury, 2 minutes walk away from ASDA. Really easy access to both the town centre and universities (we live next to a well served bus route). The flat is a really spacious, nicely designed house, with a big kitchen/living space as well as a lovely conservatory that gets a lot of use when the sun is out. We have a decently sized garden and room outside for bikes etc. We have one big bathroom and a downstairs toilet with a washing machine. There is one room on offer, very spacious and well lit. We also have a spare room (if a bit of a tiny one) and as such we have no issue with guests. Chris (flatmate #2) and I are both neuroscientists, very sociable, and long-term (considerate) musicians.

The rent is 530 a month without bills - which is really reasonable as the quality of the house is much higher than you would get closer to central brighton, and beyond having to take a 10 minute bus journey the downsides of living out of the centre are pretty negligible.
