We have a single en suite room available in our shared house in Coldean. The house is very close to both the University of Sussex and Brighton University, with great transport links into central Brighton and the beach. Falmer railway station is 10 minute walk and there is a bus stop directly outside the house.

The room is neutrally decorated and tastefully furnished with a window looking out over the front garden. The room, carpet, shower room and furniture are all new and were installed at the beginning of the year..

In the area there is a small corner shop within 2 minutes walk as well as a pharmacy and barbers. There is also a larger supermarket 10 minutes away and easy access out onto the south downs and Stanmer park. There is a lockable bike shed and free on-street parking available at the property.

There is high speed braodband available at the property and we also have solar panels which keeps the electricity bills cheap. Tenants have use of shared living room, shared kitchen and both a south facing front and spacious back garden.

Our current tenants are all older students who have experience living with others and the area is community minded and safe.
