Hi everyone. This is the last double room in a really cozy 5 bed house. All of the girls are lovely and keep the place really neat. It is 500 pounds a month (around 540 with bills) and would ideally be for another girl. Most of the girls are at Brighton Uni but they are open with anyone. It is 1 shower and 2 toilets.

Room is available ASAP.

Must have UK guarantor and 1 months rent and deposit required

Tenancy is fixed term from November to July but could be extended if you really love the house!
