Looking for someone (female preferred) to take over my tenancy ASAP that is until 17th of August 2022. You will be sharing with 2 lovely girls (very friendly) both studying at Sussex University final year, so looking for someone who won’t be loud and who is respectful to each other in the house.

Rent is £580.16 per month including all bills. The room has a huge double bed, desk, mirror, 2 big wardrobes and chest of drawers.

As I need to move out ASAP due to family reasons, I can pay for your first month staying there so you will be saving £580.

UK home-owner is required to stand on the tenancy to be able to pay monthly or pay all rental in advance if no UK home owner can be provided.
(long time house rent/mortgage acceptable for the guarantor).

The house is very cosy and surrounded by pubs, shops. It’s located near Coombe Road. Sainsbury’s and Aldi are in few minutes walk. Bus stop is opposite the house. House is located in a quiet area.

Viewing for everyone who is interested is taking place on 22nd of January.
