I am a mid 40's woman with a dod who loves walking, meditation and nature. I am a complementary healthcare provider and I see clients from home most days, including weekends. This space is maintained as my home, where clients come and go, where energy for healing and peace is cultivated.

I am looking for someone clean, tidy, kind and independent. It will be super helpful if you can help sort out small repairs around the house and/or grow veggies in the garden. There are two bathrooms but the one upstairs with the bath and shower is shared between us.

The home is within walking distance of the university campuses.
We are a stone's through from the University of Sussex and Brighton University Falmer Campus is just across the road. We are on excellent bus routes and transport into both Brighton and Lewes. There is on street parking for those who drive.

The double room can be furnished or unfurnished. The kitchen is enormous and inviting to work in. The garden is beautiful, with a small green space, a patio and many flowers. There is excellent lighting throughout the house.

If you like nature and walking this is a good space for you. We are literally on the doorstep Stanmer Park and The South Downs Way. The views are phenomenal in every direction and there is a real village feel. We have a farmshop, in walking distance and most of the neighbours know each other.

I have a cat and dog who are super friendly and well behaved. You'd need to be at least kind with them if not loving.

References please. Council band D. The exchange is a bargain at £600pm + £235 which covers all bills including a cleaner.
