I am advertising this lovely room for 2 months - but the availability to stay on at the property and change rooms is available from September. I am moving out early and one of my girls who lives there already is taking the room from September, freeing up the other rooms for choice!

This house is beautiful and I am so sad to leave it, it’s become a real home and everything about it I have loved. Our landlord is really great and on top of everything, and the house is well looked after.

It’s in fiveways, which is a really nice and safe area, and we are a stones throw from the high street where a new flour pot bakery sits, alongside an organic fruit and veg shop, a co op, a pharmacy, and lots of little gift shops and clothing shops. It’s also moments away from blakers park which is so pretty and gives a great view of Brighton, further along is preston park which is much bigger.

The bus stop is quite literally 60 seconds away and the 26&46 run every 10/15 mins. There is parking for free on a road just off of ours, but from September the permit will be available again. Bills cost us about £50 pm each, and I will be handing over the bills responsibility to whoever stays in at the house so you can discuss this with them further :)

House comes fitted with a new washing machine and tumble dryer, a dishwasher, 2 fridges and a freezer, plenty of cupboard space and a lovely garden which we’ve kept in good condition.

I’ve always kept the house in a clean state and the girls have always kept up with this, so we are looking for someone who shares the same value in keeping a clean and tidy home. It’s not a party house and the street comprises of mostly families, so it’s suited to a post grad (masters) or student who is in their 2nd or 3rd year who wants the quieter student life after freshers.

I am located in Chichester now, but happy to come back to the property for viewings, but I can also send videos instead. The house is as it looks in the pictures, and the room is actually far bigger than my pics make it seem. It’s got high ceilings, wooden floors, big bay windows and a lovely fireplace (which isn’t used) that makes the rooms stunning.
