I have a bedroom available from Late June/Early July to August, for £590 monthly (bills included) .
I am going to be leaving my house soon for the summer and I am looking for a person to fill the room, it is located at 53 Rugby Place, BN2 5JB. It is great area 5 minutes from the Brighton Marina. It it also very close to bus stops and convenience stores (Asda/Lidl)
I am renting the house right now with 5 people (4 boys 1 girl) but 2 of them have left for summer already so it is only 3 people (2 boys and 1 girl) currently.
The tenancy ends mid august and would like to sublet my room till then. Please message me if you are interested at all. I will leave as soon as we agree on a date and get things sorted.
