A double room in a five bed/2 bath house in Moulsecoomb area of Brighton. A bright, modern house within walking distance of Moulsecoomb, Falmer and Sussex uni campuses. Bus stop is a minute walk. Convenience store five minutes walk. We also have a private garden and all appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

We are a group of two girls and two guys looking for one more person to complete our group. Professionals welcome but as we are all students this would mean covering the entire council tax costs. Preferably looking for a student, specifically a third year/masters/phd student as we are all mature students and very focused on our studies.

Must have a UK guarantor.
