The house is very homely and friendly and quiet.

I have a good sense of humour and am very easy to live with. I have been renting out rooms for a long time and find that I can get along with people from all walks of life.

I would like someone who is mature, responsible, clean and tidy. I like the house to be kept nice and although you're not expected to do any housework you are expected to tidy up after yourself.

Vaping in the house is fine, but smoking is not allowed.

This room is very good value for money because the amenities are outstanding. Your room is at the back of the house it is very quiet.

You must give 4 weeks notice when moving out to get your deposit back to give me chance to fill the room. Any rent paid is not refundable. When moving out you must leave the room as you found it and any damages will be deducted from your deposit.

You will need to provide your own food and personal toiletries.

There are many amenities very close to this house, such as a Post Office, Shop, Hairdressers, Car Shop, Chippy, Curry House, Pizza Shop with half price pizzas which are gorgeous!, Chemist, Phone Shop, World Foods Shop, 2nd hand furniture shop, Charity Shop, Pet Shop, Supermarket, Booze shop, bakery, cafe and much much more!

The train station is a small walk but the bus route is a five minute walk and the town is very near but not too close which is good as it doesn't get noisy when the pubs close!
