Hi, We have a great room in a 3 bedroom flat available from the beginning of March.

Location: It is the perfect location in zone 1, about 5 mins walk to warren and Euston station. It is also a 8 min walk to UCL campus, 5 mins to Regents park and is very close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Many bus stops all around.

Rent: I am vacating the premises because of my work and will be changing the contract from my name to yours. It is available from March to September. It is 200 per week (excluding bills). The contract may be extended after September as per your interest. Deposit: 1000/- will be returned at end of contract.

The flat is very well furnished and on the 9th floor. The room gets ample light and is very well ventilated.
