We have a lovely double bedroom suitable for couples in a beautiful light apartment with a huge open living/dining room, large separate kitchen, balcony, bath and powerful shower.

The flat has wooden floors throughout, a gas stove. There are a lot of large windows and patio doors which means we get a lot of natural light and we look out onto Grimaldi park which is right outside our building.

The flat is close by to the canal that leads to Granary Square, Regents Park, Primrose Hill & Little Venice. There is also another canal path in Angel (10 mins walk away) that takes you to Shoreditch Park, London Fields & Victoria Park. It's 5 mins away from all the delicious restaurants on Chapel Market and the Farmers Markets. It's also right in between Kings Cross station (8 min walk) and Angel Station (7 min walk). We've loved being able to walk to St Pancras to take the Eurostar abroad! It’s one of the best located apartments we have lived in, with easy transport links to almost any part of London and walking distance to restaurants, bars, boutiques and galleries of both Kings Cross and Angel.

The landlord is an elderly couple and there is no agent involved. The contract has a two month notice period. Each month we pay £96.3 per couple for bills and that's it. There's good internet and everything works well and there have been no additional costs. This is the perfect apartment for couples.
