I moved out of my flat right next to Old Street station that I share with my good friend because of a job offer elsewhere. I've already moved out and the room is available immediately.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with showers, a big kitchen-living-room area, and an amazing balcony with great sunset views, perfect to work from home. The apartment building has a concierge, a private gym, a private movie theater, a terrace, and an area to park bicycles as well.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed that has a ridiculously comfy memory foam topper, pillows, and sheets. It also has a white desk with adjustable-height legs, a cozy and stylish chair with wheels, a cupboard next to the bed, a clothes-rack with many hangers, and a bookshelf. There are drawers underneath the bed for storage as well.

All the furniture (except the bed) are yours to take after you leave. I'm moving to Brazil and so I won't be able to take it so the desk, chair, bookshelf, cupboard, and clothes rack are all yours!

The bathroom is not ensuite but literally across the hallway (if you stretch your legs you can step from the room straight into the bathroom). It has a fully functional shower and a bathtub as well.

The place is a block from Old Street station and a block away from a Santander bikes station as well. There are over 20 buses that pass by in a 5min walking distance. There are many many restaurants and pubs around the area. We're a short walk (9min) outside of Shoreditch Park as well.

The landlord is a very nice dentist who is super helpful too.
