Hi there, I'm Alisha - a 29-year old from Canada/Sweden who's been living in London for ~5 years now.

I'm looking for a new flatmate from mid-December onwards as my flatmate is moving out then. My preference is to let it out from Mon-Fri only, but I'm also open to finding a new full-time flatmate.

The flat is a beautiful 2-bed 1-bath unit in a relatively new building with large windows and plenty of natural light. It is located on the sixth floor and has two large balconies, which overlook a park and offer great views of the city.

Location-wise, it is conveniently located between Angel and Old Street with excellent connectivity to the rest of the city via the Northern line and many busses.

The room is a double with balcony access. It can also be set up as a single with a dedicated work-from-home station as is the case in the pictures here.

A little about me: I'm the co-founder of a climate tech startup, which keeps me very busy with work and I usually work from home 2-3 days per week. In my free time, I like to read, run, spend time in nature, and hang out with friends/family.
