I have a double room available in my lovely 2 bed flat less than a minute walk from Angel station. It is south facing (so almost always sunny and warm) and has a small balcony. There is also tons of storage and a large bathroom.

The flat is in a secure block and is ideal location for anyone needing to be in the City or Central London (10-15 mins on tube, 20-35 mins on bus or 30-45 mins walk). Kings Cross station is also 1 tube stop or a 15 min walk for those commuting from further away.

One thing that you will need to take on in addition to the usual bills in the cleaner - this is not negotiable as she is very good and a point of contact in case of any issues in the place. She comes at an additional cost of £55 per week.

If you want to make things simpler, I can include all the bills (and cleaner) for a fixed additional £500 per month on top of the rent (i. e. - Weekly Cleaner for 3 hours - Gas , electricity and water- Council Tax, Internet, TV licence)

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE - the flat actually has a second bedroom but this is only to be used as storage for myself and not included in the rental
