The room and the rest of the property is kept clean and tidy always, and the other housemate are friendly easy going girls who respect eachothers' space.

The property is available NOW until the end of June however if you would like the contract to roll on this may be arranged with the landlord.

Rent is £310 a month, with bills working out at £47 a month.

Easy Bus links to Town centre, and minutes away from Fishponds High street with Coop, Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons and a range of other shops.

Bus stop at the end of the street with easy links to Bristol town Centre and towards Temple Meads.
