Just minutes from Frenchay Common, Oldbury Court and Snuff Mills, the house is very spacious. There's a large upstairs bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs has a lounge and a second dining/lounge area with further seating and a second TV. The kitchen is a good size and there's a downstairs toilet. There is wifi access throughout.

Outside there's a peaceful garden with decking area. At the front there's parking for two cars and there's a garage for bike or sports equipment storage.

A beautiful place to live with plenty of places to walk or exercise in green space. The ring road cycle path connects to UWE and the MOD and to the Bristol-Bath cycle path in the other direction. The Frome Valley Walkway takes you all the way into Bristol City Centre or out to the Cotswolds.

There are two nice pubs locally and more within easy reach. The shops at Downend and Fishponds are only a short drive, and it's located 5 minutes from the Ring Road, M32 and M4, and only 10-15 minutes from UWE, the MOD, Filton Abbey Wood and Parkway Stations.

We are currently two self-employed professionals living here and are looking for someone who enjoys quiet and peaceful surroundings. We have two very friendly cats, Basil and Mog.
