We have a double bedroom available in a 3 story Young professional house share. The room is semi furnished and comes with an inbuilt wardrobe & a double bed.

Currently there are 3 guys living here & we are happy to accommodate both males & females. All 3 of us work full time but still have active social lives at the weekend and enjoy drinking, watching films & sport, etc..

This price is for the room only, and bills are no more than £100 per month & council tax of roughly £50 per month will be required if applicable.

There is access to a garage round the rear of the property and on street parking available at the front of the house.

On the ground floor the house has a combined lounge/kitchen for activities and chilling, leading onto patio doors and the garden.

House is located within a 1 minute walk from Filton avenue bus stops giving good access into Bristol City Centre & North Bristol. Filton Abbeywood train station is roughly a 10 minute walk away and Temple meads/Parkway are directly accessible via bus. Airbus & MoD sites are within 15-20 minute walk
