Searching for two people (not couples) to come and join me in a three bed house in Horfield. My current housemate is purchasing a property in a different area, but I would like to stay here. Willing to consider people coming in as individuals or people who already know each other!

The newly-refurbished house has three double bedrooms, a good sized kitchen, nice lounge, garage for storage, a double drive and a south-facing garden which is great for entertaining. It’s a great location - we are within walking distance of Southmead Hospital, Airbus, MoD, Horfield Leisure Centre and many of the bars and restaurants of Gloucester Road. Also the house is less than a minute walk away from the nearest bus stop to town.

The house is unfurnished, although I have some furniture here. Some communal furniture may be required so it could be helpful if you have some! I would be willing to split the cost of any furniture that may be required.

I've lived here for two years and enjoy the house feeling like a home. I'm happy for future housemates to put their own stamp on the place as well! I’m looking for like-minded young professionals, male or female, who are keen to have house ‘mates’, rather than just people to live with. I’m active and sporty, tidy, love food (I enjoy communal cooking - it would be great if you do too) and my weekends usually contain some form of activity that involves beer, wine and friends! I like a quiet evening midweek and I'm mindful of the space that everybody needs.

I will be working from home for the foreseeable future and there is the space / capacity for three people to do this.

Initially searching for people to come in for 6 months from 1st December with the option to extend. Rent with bills comes to approx £650.
