Hi there! We're looking for a new flatmate to fill a large, sunny double bedroom in Horfield. 🌞

The room is fully furnished with a bed, large drawers, desk, chair, wardrobe and shelves.

Price:

- Rent: £325 per month until June 30th. From April 1st, the price will be £350 per month.

- Internet: £10

- Gas and electric: £29.75 maximum

- Council tax depends on whether or not you are a student.

- No agency fees

Property and location:

There are four bedrooms in total, a beautiful garden with an apple tree and a cosy living room and kitchen. There are two loos, a parking space and it is just opposite a bus stop with easy access into town. Horfield Leisure Centre, Lidl and Tesco are close by!

Your tenancy:

I (the current tenant), has had to move back to be with her family during this time. We would therefore arrange a subtenancy agreement (as has already been agreed with the landlord).

Contract would be until June 30th 2020, with the option of extension if you wish to remain in the house.

Move-in date could either be from the 1st of May, or before the 14th of April (You would then need to pay half a month's rent for the month of April).

A really lovely, friendly bunch who like watching David Atenborough, chilling out together, climbing, nature walks and the occasional drink. I really enjoyed living with them and will be sad to be leaving them.
