Hi, my friend Emily and I (22 and 21) are both postgraduate students starting this September. We currently have a 4x bedroom house on Mortimer Road which is £650 per month per person not including bills and are looking for two roommates. We are not currently living in the house at the moment but we been accepted by the landlord and are to pay our holding deposit tomorrow. The house is a 2 minute walk from Filton Abbey train station which takes you to Bristol Temple Meads in 8 minutes so it’s not incredibly far from the city center or uni. It is also a 20-25 minute bike ride to campus. We both enjoy socializing and nights out but also not opposed to having a quiet night in. We’re both relaxed, tidy and respectful of each other’s privacy and space. If this sounds good please contact me :))
To clarify the security deposit includes the holding deposit (£600), the security deposit (£3000) and first month's rent in advance.
