Looking for a fourth housemate in our lovely home just off St Michael's Hill. We are three postgraduates, looking for another postgrad to join us, to avoid council tax (the landlord also wants a postgrad).

The room is small but cosy, with nice plush carpets, and a big window overlooking the back garden. The bathroom is shared between 3 of us, but there is also a smaller bathroom downstairs, so we never have issues. The room comes with a desk and a wardrobe, and a bed and mattress can be supplied if needed. There is also lots of storage throughout the house!

The house is VERY conveniently placed for anyone working at the University of Bristol, and only a short walk down to the city centre. We have a large suntrap of a garden and lovely neighbours. Our living room is huge, so lots of space for us to hang out in the evenings! Just across the road is a Coop, which is super convenient, and lots of cafes and pubs nearby.

Looking for someone friendly and sociable to join us - it is a relatively calm, peaceful home, so looking for someone who would enjoy that environment. It's a nice cosy home.😌

Bills come to around 75 each month (this includes water, which comes every six months). No council tax if we stick to students! (council tax band is F)

A bit about us:

Fran (25) is an animation postgrad student at UWE, who enjoys gardening, vegan food and cooking and arts and crafts.

Jesse (28) is also an animation postgrad at UWE, and enjoys playing music, going to gigs and the pub.

Phil (27) is a 4th year physics PhD student with UoB, who enjoys the outdoors, climbing, jammy dodgers and general outdoorsy activities.
