Looking for a fourth housemate in our lovely home just off St Michael's Hill. We are two recent graduates and one full-time student, looking for another professional to join us.

The room is large with new plush carpets, and a big window garden. The bathroom is shared between 3 of us, but there is also a smaller toilet downstairs, so we never have issues. The room comes with a desk and a wardrobe, a bed and mattress. There is also lots of storage throughout the house and garage.

The house is VERY conveniently placed for anyone working at the University of Bristol, and only a short walk down to the city centre. We have a large suntrap of a garden and lovely neighbours. Our living room is huge, so lots of space for us to hang out in the evenings! Just across the road is a Coop, which is super convenient, and lots of cafes and pubs nearby.

Looking for someone friendly and sociable to join us - it is a relatively calm, peaceful home, so looking for someone who would enjoy that environment. It's a nice cosy home.😌

Bills come to around 175 each month (council tax band F). Also, the house is well insulated so we never go cold in the winter.

A bit about us:

Fran (26) is an animation graduate from Italy, who enjoys gardening, vegan food and cooking, arts and crafts, and mario kart 🚗.

Jordan (32) is an economics and innovation graduate from Sheffield, who loves playing padel, going to gigs, cycling and a pub trip.

Beth (25) is a current postgrad biology student at UoB who enjoys cooking, board games and getting outdoors in nature.
