Looking to fill the spare room in this house on Northwick Road in Horfield, just off Gloucester Road. Our housemate is moving to London at end of March, so room will be available from then until end of August.

Rooms and house are fully furnished, £575 per month (bills not included). No requirement to pay council tax. Shorter term tenancies are also considered.

About the house:
I bought the property a couple of years ago, and have so far been living with mates and individuals from Spare Room. The house is spacious, with a large and sociable kitchen/dining/lounge space. The available room is downstairs and the largest of the three, fully furnished with bed, mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and desk chair.

Upstairs we have a small additional room converted to a study, available for use when wfh. The garden is large and south facing, so should be great in the summer.

About us:
We are two 27 year old professionals, working as an engineer and optometrist. During the week we’re usually at the gym, out with friends or chilling in front of the tv. On the weekend we’re usually out and about in Bristol or further afield. As I own the house, I’m always on hand to fix any issues as they arise.
