Hi there,
We have a fully furnished double room available in our house in fishponds. Just around the corner (10 minute walk) from some lovely restaurants, bars and a large Morrisons a further 5 to 10 minutes up the road.
There is a bus stop a few minutes away with a regular service to the city centre and UWE. The commute to town by car is about 15 minutes and ample on street parking is available.
As a couple both working full time, we spend most evenings quietly at home. We have set up the dining room with seating and space for a television to allow you to have your own living room. We are quite quiet but won’t object to you having people round occasionally ...parties are out though I'm afraid.
I should also mention we have both a cat and a dog (a jack Russell whom is very much the favourite). Therefore it is rather important you are ok with that.

In addition, my partner in crime is rather the comic book fanatic!!!!
