Hi, thank you for stopping by. I have 1x Single Bed Room to let in a shared 4 bed house, fully furnished, currently there are 3 male occupants living in the house. The house is located London E14 0DZ.
 ½ minute to POPLAR DLR station and 1 & ½ minute to WESTFERRY DLR Just one stop to Canary Wharf from Polar DLR. The Main Road A13 is just 100 yards away, this road takes straight into the City traveling West and Barking traveling East by bus. The house has rear garden, and benefits from a kitchen equipped with Washing Machine/ Dryer, Microwave, and Large Fridge Freezer. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one with power shower, and the room is equipped with a study table, Single bed, one built in wardrobe in the room one out side the room too, a chest of drawers, plenty of storage space for a single room. The Kitchen cabinets are all divided into equal shares.

I am looking for a professional person but will consider letting out to a working student who can show work reference.

 Preferably, you have experience in house share. Hold a friendly attitude. You like cleanliness and respect other people’s existence in the house and, you have the tendency of accepting the new house as your own, therefore, you feel at home.

I am not looking for any troublesome aggressive tenants who cannot have a good relationship with their house mate, if you cannot provide good references please move on. It's a shared house and there are some rules attached to the tenancy agreement.
I will ask to get reference from your previous Landlord and employer.
The rent covers:
