Hi, I have a room available in a nice apartment, which is suitable for an employed person/Post Grad student.

The flat is cosy, comfortable, and kept clean and tidy but by no means obsessively! Good size room, and you will have pretty much sole use of the main bathroom, as there are 2 bathrooms in the apartment.

7 min walk to Mile End tube station, and frequent buses to Canary Wharf which is also within walking distance (25min). Supermarkets within 10-minute walk, and lots of convenience shops nearby. Queen Mary University is within walking dostance too.

The flat is in a great location, 'Be Well' Gym and Swimming Pool over the road, as well as the parks and canals.

All bills included and I am flexible with the length of stay. I will seek employer and current landlord references.

I'm easy-going and friendly. I'm an architectural designer, working from home.

I am seeking a flatmate who is relaxed, broadminded, & considerate. I don't mind if you are gay/straight/LGBTQ+, just be a nice person! I don't mind if you smoke, as long as it's on the balcony.

I'm vegan, and the flatshare will be suitable for someone who is happy to be vegetarian/vegan whilst in the house.
