Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my housemate's contract as she is moving away for work in June. The tenancy start could be any time from June 1st to June 16th, and the contract would need signing before 16th Apr

It's a really well-located flat, a 10 min walk from the stations in canary wharf.

We have a huge living room and dining table, a great sized kitchen with a newly refurbished floor, and the bedroom for rent comes with a large en-suite bathroom.

I currently work in commodities in Canary wharf, and I'm in the office almost every weekday. Ideally looking for another professional to join the flat.
