En suite room available from now up until August. I am currently a student living here, however I am studying abroad in December so I need to find someone who is willing to take over my contract. Very good facilities, gym access, concierge, free parking, security, maintenance on site, common rooms with table tennis, pool table. laundry room, very good Wi-Fi, ease of access for disabled.

You can find all of the details of the room on the Homes for Students official website, pictures and everything can be found there, as I still have all my things here in the room so for privacy reasons, I can't share pictures.

From December, payments will have to be made, however the rest of this semester is pre-paid for so if someone sends an offer quickly, there will be a possibility for free tenancy for the time up to December 19th.
