I'm looking for someone to rent the second room in the 2 bed flat I moved into in the summer.
I think I'll only stay for the year, hence the short term nature, but I'm pretty flexible on your specifics. Bills included.

I work in central Birmingham and from home a few days a week. I'm pretty quiet and want a peaceful house, but I want you to feel at home, invite friends over etc. And I hope to become friends with you too!

The flat has two bedrooms, with double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers. There's a shared bathroom, with bath and shower, an open plan kitchen/living area and a lovely balcony overlooking the canal.
There's a parking space with the flat that I don't use. There's bike storage, and we're a few minutes walk from Board Street, about 15 minutes to Five Ways and about 25 to New Street. The area is really quiet.
There's a small gym bit in the building, and 7 day a week concierge.

Let me know if you have any questions.
