My flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for a new tenant to move in on the 1st of Feb 2025.

About the room:
The room has a Juliette balcony and comes furnished with a bed, 2 side tables, a sliding wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The work desk and tv stand are not part of the room so you will have more space once that’s taken out.
The toilet has a cubicle shower and sufficient storage space.

Shared living space:
We will be sharing the living room, kitchen, and utility room.

Location:
The property is located in a quiet part of the city centre. There are plenty of restaurants, bars/pubs, and gyms, within a short walking distance; with Brindley Place being a 6 min walk. There’s an off license right below the building and a Sainsbury’s on Broad Street which is an 8 min walk. There are plenty of buses connecting you to all parts of the city from Broad Street. If you prefer walking, New Street station is a 20 min walk away.

Parking:
There is parking available. I don’t own a car but a parking space is about £100 a month, I can find out the exact amount if need be.

I pay about £750 a month for rent, bills (water, electricity, wifi), and council tax.

A bit about me:
I work for the NHS and have a hybrid working style. I’m easy going and cherish my alone time as much as I enjoy socialising. I’m looking for someone who is able to clean up after themselves, pay bills on time, and is respectful of the space we live in :)
