The studio apartment is perfect for people who require complete privacy and personal space. It has a built-in kitchen with an oven which also functions as a microwave. A mini fridge which will easily suffice, especially for a single person living. There is a clean in ensuite bathroom attached with a bathing space that is spacious, rectangular shower cubicle with enough room to stand comfortably and enjoy a warm, relaxing shower. Additionally, this bathing space also gives you an opportunity to wash certain clothing items which might be damaged from the spinning functions of washing machines. But probably the most best thing about the studio apartment is its ample storage space with enough storage around the study table, under the bed and also around the area in front. As you can see in my room, I have a lot of stuff but still there is a lot more storage space that I can utilise. For a single person, this room can be categorised as a premium residence with enough room to even walk inside sometimes and for couples this room does not come at any extra charge. There are many couples living at Compass.

Furthermore, this is a perfect accommodation for those with OCD. The room is located right next to an emergency fire exit which includes stairs. Certain people who might have a phobia or might not prefer to take lifts due to excessive wait, can immediately take the stairs when they turn right while exiting their room. Also unlike many old buildings which have a green button to open certain doors, this accommodation has heat sensing scanners where upon showing your hand in front of the scanner, doors will immediately open. The building also has a private gym which is impeccably clean throughout the year and also has a private dining room for groups. The building also uses the WashCo, which is amongst the most least complicated services related to washing machines making it simple and accommodating. The Internet is truly reliable and was pivotal in helping me submit a very successful masters thesis.
