Hi, I’m looking for a new female co-tenant as my current flatmate is looking to leave Birmingham. I’m a 22 year old research analyst working a 9-5 in the city centre, having moved from London in November! Outside of work I love to cook, read, got to gigs and pub quizzes and see friends and I’m slowly getting to know Birmingham’s food, pubs and parks! It would be great to have a friendly face around the flat.
The flat is beautiful and bright with high ceilings and has quite a bit of shared space for a 2 tenant flat! The room is large with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony shared between the bedrooms. The flat is 15 mins walking from new street station, and 5-10 minutes from the heart of the jewellery quarter. (There’s also a huge Tesco 5-10 minutes up the road).
Bills are about £200 total per month: £100 for council tax, just under £50 for electricity, just under £50 for water and £10 for wifi.
