The property features three bathrooms, and you'll only need to share one with a single flatmate. The house is clean, organised, and we follow a cleaning rota—each flatmate takes turns cleaning the shared areas for one week at a time.

All the current housemates are hardworking professionals, and we enjoy a harmonious and friendly environment. We've been living together for a year now, and the household includes me, my wife, another couple, and a single female tenant. We’re calm, responsible, and looking for a new flatmate who is equally clean, organised, and shares similar values.

The house itself is bright and airy, with a wonderful garden where we love to have barbecues during the summer. I live on the property and take care of all maintenance and upkeep. While I’m not the landlord, I act as a caretaker for the house, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
