There is also a garden at the back of the property.

There are excellent travel links by bus into town. The bus stop is 2 minutes from the house, at the end of the road.

We are about 20ms on foot from the centre of town, and around 10/12ms on foot from the University and around 15ms walk from the Heath Hospital.

The M48 is easily accessible by car giving direct access to the M4 east bound or west bound via Cardiff Gate.

The house is centrally heated; we have a combination boiler with hot water available at all times. There is a large radiator in the loft room.
