I am looking for someone to take over my 44 week lease agreement in Zenith Cardiff. It is in a 5 bedroom apartment with a double bed , a tv and ensuite facilities but only has 1 other resident at the moment. Zenith is located in the centre of Cardiff a 5 minute walk away from all centre transport. £199 per week which includes a gym membership. The building has many extra facilities such as a roof top bar, 24 hour security , study spaces and a karaoke room. And the kitchen are equipped with a dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, fridge and tv. I would just like to be closer to my campus.
