Lovely, newly renovated, Victorian terraced home near Roath Park, UHW and just a short distance from the university campus's.

We are looking for clean, tidy and easy going people to enjoy our cosy lovingly restored home. If you're sick of the usual sad magnolia drenched living spaces and are looking for somewhere that has a bit more character that you can look forward to coming home to then this is definitely the place for you!

Myself and my partner are Welsh/Australian. Love travel, cooking and gaming. Are sociable but also like our downtime to read, game, bake and in the summer do some gardening and BBQing.

We have one king-size bedroom complete with fireplace (it's not usable but still very cute) - brown room

And we also have one double room available with built in cupboard and desk -blue room

Both are located on the ground floor with easy access to the living room and kitchen.
