Looking to find another woman or NB person to take over the tenancy of a bedroom in a large, two-bedroom flat situated five minutes from the city centre.
The flat and the room are fully furnished. Everything in the pictures of the room apart from the desk and end table will come with the tenancy.
The flat is on the first floor. No garden, but Sophia Gardens and Bute Park are just across the road.
Rent will be £600pm, bills not included. Council tax band B.
I'm looking for someone to move in as soon as possible after 1st November, but we can negotiate a later date if needed.
The landlady is very friendly and everything is done through her. We'll be having some renovations done in the Autumn.
Also features large communal living room and TV, dining table and two sofas. One shared bathroom and kitchen.
I'm a young professional hoping to find a clean and friendly woman to share the tenancy with. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the flat which is great for privacy. I work from home, so quiet would be appreciated during the day. I'm not a fan of putting the heating on (in this economy?), so I hope you don't mind it getting chilly. Am open to both student and professional applicants.
The flat will be LGBTQ friendly. Vegans and vegetarians welcome.
I'm quite bookish and quiet in the flat usually, so don't expect any wild parties from me. I also like to keep to myself and tend to keep out of other tenants' space. I'm looking for someone with a similar attitude, and who'll be proactive about contributing to cleaning and purchasing communal supploes. And if you're really into metal, Lord of the Rings, or sci fi? That'll be a bonus.
