Looking for someone to replace my tenancy in January (but I am able to discuss and be flexible with this). The contract ends on the 12th of September.

Cambrian Point is the perfect choice for students in Cardiff. Cardiff University is just a 15 minute walk away, and Cardiff Metropolitan University is roughly 30 minutes.

The flat is modern, clean, and affordable. It has a double bed, large desk, and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is large and has a breakfast bar and living space with sofas and TV.
Shopping is easy with Lidl just a 10 minutes walk down the road!
