We live in 2 bedroom flat with living room, kitchen, garden and a modern bathroom.

There are several stores 2-3 minutes away.

Tesco is 5 minutes away.

Bus stops are in between 2-3 minutes also.

Place is located near Clifton street, with loads of free parking around it.

The flat came unfurnished , I furnished the room whilst myself and my flatmate furnished the living room. New occupant will have to acquire those properties at an affordable and considerable cost

Room available will share bathroom with 1 person from the other room.

The flat has a wide garden with a barbecue stand suitable for summer vibes.

Price for the room is 600.00 PCM (without bills).

Water bill is excluded, so the bills to pay are electricity, council tax and internet which normally cost 150.00 PCM.

Looking to find a responsible, clean, and organized person.

Current house mate works as a professional, also an easy going person.
