I am looking for a roommate to take over my current roommate's contract, sadly she's going to leave the city soon for work.
It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment landed in the heart of Vauxall. A free gym with a swimming pool and two saunas in the block. Plus a bicycle garage and a very spacious car parking lot in the basement.
There're two lines（Northern and Victoria）and the Vauxhall bus station are both in the 5-minutes -walk distance from the neighbourhood.
Two sainsbury's and two waitrose next to the neighbourhood.

About the rent, it is around 1650 pcm without utilities.

About me, I am Jeremy，27 years old，currently doing a design job， I hope you are well-deciplined，would love to keep our apartment tidy and fresh together.
