A modern and spacious 2 double bed, 2 bathroom flat with a large living/kitchen area and a balcony over looking Bedford Road and a private shared garden out the back. You will have a double room and your own bathroom which has a bath and shower. The flat is a 2 minute walk from Clapham North tube station (northern line), a few doors down from the Falcon pub and you will be living with Abby, a lovely and very friendly 25 year old, who works in the city. Ideally, Abby would like a female in their 20s/30s to move in. I am moving out as I am relocating to NYC with work so we are looking for someone to move in mid/end November. The contract is renewed every August on a 12 month rolling basis - so you could chose to move out then or renew the contract with Abby if you are happy to stay there :) the room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table with two draws (the desk has been removed) but you can bring extra furniture to add to the room if you wish and we also have storage in the hallway.
