Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for 5 months starting in April 2025 at Clapham North, London. I’m moving out to a closer place near my campus.

The room is roughly 3x3M with lots of storage. Rent is 973 per month including all bills (includes water, council tax, high speed and unlimited internet, gas, heating, TV licence, electricity and a fortnightly clean of the communal areas) with deposit for 1 month’s rent.
It is a 5 bedroom flat with 1.5 bathroom. Only 3 of us are using the bathroom since the other two rooms are ensuites. You will be living with 4 other tenants, 1 female (student) and 3 males (working professional) all very friendly and in their mid 20s.

Situated in a very strategic place
1 min walk to Clapham North Tube
2 min walk to Clapham High St Overground Railway
2 mins walk to fantastic Clapham High St restaurants, cafes, night life and supermarkets.
3 mins walk to a Pure Gym
4 min walk to a bike station /cycle rack
