I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in SW London.

You’ll be living with 2 girls Isabelle is 25 & Char (25) so someone around that age would be amazing! We love a night at the local for drinks, movie nights, going out for walks/ picnics on the common. Looking for a flatmate who is friendly and super clean!

Here’s all the info:

- 🚊2 min walk to the closest tube station (Clapham North- Northern Line)
- 🛍️ The flat is located very close to Clapham high street and is only a 15 minute walk to the common/ Clapham old town.
- 🛏️ Room & flat are fully furnished. (Does not include large mirror)
- Room is very big with large wardrobe & chest of drawers, plenty of storage.
- Room has 3 very large windows so lots of natural light.
- Tenancy is until the end of October 2025

💸 Rent is £1100 (bills are around £150)
Deposit: £1192
Dexters has a £50 name change fee too for the agreement.
Will need to pass referencing checks with Dexter’s & potentially have a guarantor depending on your circumstance.

I have truly loved living here and the flat has been very well looked after. I will be sad to go! Please let me know if you have any questions. We will be hosting viewings from this week onwards (Can also facetime)
