Into the gym, cycling, and grabbing a summer pint (pretty much any time, let’s be honest). I’m clean, considerate, and looking for someone like-minded to share the space with.

• Bills currently look to be around £200/month
• The lease has just started (12 months), so ideally looking for someone who’s in it for the longer term
• You’ll need to pass referencing with the landlord – they’re pretty reasonable
