We’re moving out of our lovely flat and are looking for someone to replace us.

The property is a one bedroom flat on South Lambeth Road just minutes from the station.

It’s set on the lower ground floor, which means you have your own front door and a little terrace space just outside the property that is shared with next door. You also have a private terrace that runs along the side of the flat (not the easiest to access but good for growing plants etc) and a communal garden. The flat has lots of natural light, it has a nice spacious kitchen and a nice bathroom.

The property is furnished, with a king-sized bed (you can bring your own mattress- let us know), bedside tables, sofa, dining table and chairs, armchair etc etc. I can give you a full list if helpful.
