Hello all,

I am looking to move out of this studio to move back home for a period of time! My tenancy finishes mid January but happy to be flexible on move in dates.

It is a large studio with en-suite and private patio. Very private room with minimal noise from outside / other flats. It shares a kitchenette and clothes washing facilities with one other person. I’ve never had an issue using the shared facilities and the room includes a large en-suite toilet plus plenty of room for work from home and to have friends over.

Very close to Pimlico and Victoria stations. The road is quiet and area is very nice! I am looking to move out asap so keen to get someone in quickly. The video is from when I moved in but there is a bed frame in the room now haha the bed isn’t on the floor.

To note, you’ll need to earn 2.5x rent (before tax) to pass the checks from the agents. I can be flexible on move in/out dates.
