Our flat is located on Denmark Hill highstreet above the Irene Cafe. There are 4 supermarkets (lidl, coop, morrisons, tesco) all within 1-3 minute walking distance, the closest being lidl with is opposite the flat. Additionally, there are many bus routes that pass through Denmark Hill and bus stops just outside the flat. Denmark Hill overground station is 10 minute walk from the flat making transport very accessible.

The room is unfurnished, there will only be a bed frame & small clothing rail (both are mine but spares and i may need them at some point. if you have your own that would be great.) You will be sharing the livingroom, kitchen and bathroom with 3 flatmates: myself, my partner and another tenant.
We have 2 cats so be aware incase of allergies and please do not bring pets of your own.
we don’t smoke in the house but there is a small balcony you can smoke at if need be.

We are in Council tax band D.
