I have a large double room that I am looking to rent on a Mon-Fri basis (with a little flexibility). The room benefits from a King bed / twin beds, tv, table, sofa, wardrobe and drawers. Although not technically an ensuite, the main bathroom is dedicated to the rental room next to it. The flat has a recently refurbished kitchen with a breakfast lounge area opening on to a small balcony. There is also a formal living area. There is high speed internet and the potential of paid parking on the street directly outside. Please be aware that the property virtually backs on to train lines - most people aren't bothered noise but incredibly light sleepers might notice. The upside is that Clapham High St station is less than 5 minutes away.

I am a single female who lives with my Miniature Dachshund Max. I work in events so won't be at home every evening. Max is cared for by neighbours whilst I'm out, however you're welcome to hang out with him if you prefer. I'm happy to socialise with my renter or leave them to their own devices.

I'm looking for a friendly solo / couple / friends (the bed can be configured as twins) who are respectful and tidy.

In return the room comes with all bills included and use of all appliances. The start date can be a little flexible.
