I'm travelling for three months in the coming year (Jan-Mar), and so I'm looking for somebody to look after the flat.

It's newly refurbed, and fully furnished. It has all my art / stuff in, so I'm looking for a safe pair of hands.

It comprises:
- good size, light living area (maybe 5x4m). Kitchen has Bosche appliances + dishwasher
- newly refitted bathroom with shower and washer / dryer
- Main bedroom is a double, at rear. Very quiet. (c. 3.8 x 2.8m)
- Spare bedroom is quite a small single - but still a really nice cosy place to sleep.

I would also consider just letting the double room, for IRO 1k.
