Hello! I’m looking for a flatmate for my spare room in my 2 bed flat. I am a live-in landlord but it’s important to me that the place feels like your home too - so the room would be yours to do whatever you like with, and if you need any additional furniture etc I’m happy to provide this :)

🏠 The room is spacious and bright, and comes completely furnished. It’s the 9th floor, offering stunning views over the London skyline, and is very quiet at night. Comes with a big built in wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, mirror and desk.

🚇 Less than a 10 minute walk to both Nine Elms and Stockwell stations, 15 minutes to Vauxhall station and Wandsworth Road overground station.

🌳 It’s right by two gyms, a Tesco, and close to the big Nine Elms Sainsbury’s, plus loads of restaurants, so there’s really everything you need right on your doorstep! Battersea Power Station and Battersea Park are also 15-20 mins away.

🙋🏼‍♀️ You’ll be living with me - a young professional originally from New Zealand. I’m a laid back flat mate, I love going out for runs, hanging out with friends, and cosy nights in. I’m in the office 5 days a week.
