Hello! I’m letting out my gorgeous flat for at least 2 months from mid-December to late-February. Can rent by the room or the flat as a whole. £1100/month per room, or £2000/month for the whole flat. Bills included.

I can be flexible on dates. Move in can be any time from Dec 22-Jan 1 and an option to stay beyond February if you wish to continue renting my spare room when I am back from my trip and move back into my room. Happy to discuss this so please reach out and let me know what works best for you.

The flat is spacious and bright, and comes completely furnished. It is on the 9th floor, offering stunning views over the London skyline, and is very quiet.

Location is fantastic. Only a 10 minute walk from both Nine Elms (Northern line zone 1) and Stockwell stations (Northern & Victoria line zone 2), 15 minute walk from Vauxhall (Victoria line, trains) and the Wandsworth Road overground station. Right next to two gyms, a Tesco, and close to the big Nine Elms Sainsbury’s. Battersea Power Station and Battersea Park are also within walking distance.
