I have a room available in a two-bed flat in Stockwell available from February 28th.

The lease is for a year. The room is bright and spacious - comes with a double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, desk and desk chair if you WFH!

The apartment is less than a five minute walk from Stockwell station where you will find both the Victoria and Northern Line. Location is excellent!

A bit about myself: I’m Aaron, I’m from Ireland but living in London the last year. I’m a Policy Content Manager, working hybrid at London Bridge two days a week. I’m also a musician/songwriter and very passionate about music! I’m sociable and outgoing, I enjoy chilling in the evening and throwing on a film or series and hanging out, but also very respectful of personal space. Looking for someone likeminded - clean and tidy is a must!

Rent is £950 with bills coming to about £150.58 monthly.
